Funky Name Order Information...
To order your personalised Funky Name artwork, click on the rainbow button at the bottom of the page. This will magically transport you to the order form!
Spelling the name you want to appear in the artwork... I first ask you to spell the name you want in the artwork, then get you to spell it again, to make sure we get it correct!
Deciding What sort of Funky Name you want... Next, I need to know have whether you want the name to appear on its own, or on a full-colour background.
Choosing a theme... You will need to chose a theme (e.g. pirates or fairies etc) to be incorporated into the work. A Pirate theme may see a Jolly Roger flag flying from one of the letters, while the letters themselves will be decorated in suitable pirate colours and patterns. Similarly, if you choose fairies, the letters will be adorned with sparkles and we may see a fairy or two peeping out from behind their name! If you have a theme or colour-scheme in mind that isn't offered as an option (e.g. animal print, rianbow or zombies) just tick the 'Other' box on the order form, and provide this as your own theme.
Age of person the Funky Name is for... I ask you to tell me the approximate age of the recipient of the Funky Name wall decoration, as it helps with the creative process... a piece of fairy artwork for a two-year-old's room will look different to that of a teenager's!
Additional information... There is a space for any additional information you feel may be useful for me to know... favourite colours, hobbies or even star sign. If you have seen a picture in Gem Artwork's gallery that you think they will love, mention it here, and the style can be used to bring their artwork to life!
Your Personal details... Your name and delivery address, email address and phone number etc. is required next. Phone number is really important, so please supply at least one number you can be contacted on. If there is anything on the order-form you completed that is unclear, it saves time if you can be phoned for confirmation.
Cost... Name Only: £75 (Please note that although the cost won't rise in proportion to the number of letters in the name, the size of each letter on the A4 picture will decrease for longer names). Name & Background: £150
Making a payment... When you have completed all of the Funky Name's details, and your own, it will be time for you to make a payment. Gem Artwork uses the internet's most secure on-line payment system, Paypal (you can use your credit or debit-card here!). If you prefer, you can always post a cheque instead - Gem Artwork's address is given when you have ordered your artwork. (Once payment has been received - and cheque has been cleared, if paying by post - your artwork can be created!)
Order confirmation... Once you have completed your order, you will want confirmation it has been received! I don't send an automated response to each order - I reply manually... so you may have to wait a short time for confirmation, but at least you can be sure I have viewed your order!
How much time does a Funky Name take to create? Funky Names, due to their bespoke nature, can take up to 28 days to reach you from date of payment, to date of delivery. So, if you are ordering for a special date (birthday, christmas, valentines gift...) to avoid disappointment, please ensure you allow a month for it to reach you
