Pet Angel Order Information...
Deciding What sort of Pet Angel you want... You will first need to decide what you want in the picture - your pet on her own? Or with a Pet Angel at her side? Do you want her on a white background, or on a full-colour background showing her in the night-sky with stars? Then you will need to supply details in the 'additional information' box, telling me which pet/objects you want drawn from the photographs you are supplying.
More details... to make sure the picture is just right, it helps if you can supply any extra information, telling me which breed your pet is, detail it's colouring (with any unusual marks) it's name, age etc - anything that gives me a feel for her. It's also useful for me to know the rough age of who the picture is for.
Your Personal details... Your name and delivery address, email address and phone number etc. is required next. Phone number is really important, so please supply at least one number you can be contacted on. If there is anything on the order-form you completed that is unclear, it saves time if you can be phoned for confirmation.
Making a payment... When you have completed all of the Pet Angel's details, and your own, it will be time for you to make a payment. Gem Artwork uses the internet's most secure on-line payment system, Paypal (you can use your credit or debit-card here!). If you prefer, you can always post a cheque instead - Gem Artwork's address is given when you have ordered your Pet Angel. (Once payment has been received - and cheque has been cleared, if paying by post - your Pet Angel will begin her creation!)
Photos of any special objects... You will need to send a photo of your pet, and any special object(s) you wish to be included in the artwork. You can either email or post them - instructions are given upon order confirmation. When you send a photo, please ensure you write your order number (this will be on your order form) name, address and contact number on the reverse of each photo (if posted) or include these details clearly with each emailed photo. If you are ordering more than one Pet Angel, please ensure you make it clear which photograph corresponds to which order.
Order confirmation... Once you have completed your order, you will want confirmation it has been received! I don't send an automated response to each order - I reply manually... so you may have to wait a short time (up to 3 days) for confirmation, but at least you can be sure I have viewed your order!
How much time does a Pet Angel take to create? Pet Angels, due to their bespoke nature, can take up to 28 days to reach you from date of payment, to date of delivery. So, if you are ordering a Pet Angel for a special date (e.g the anniversary of a pet's passing) to avoid disappointment, please ensure you allow a month for the Pet Angel to reach you.
